-WHY DON'T YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
All items are made-to-order, meaning I don't have extra stock laying around to swap out. Custom pieces take a great deal of time and hard work to complete, so trying to re-sell one would only add to time spent on that specific piece.


-DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS FOR ITEMS THAT GET DAMAGED OR GO MISSING IN TRANSIT?
While I can't take responsibility for the errors of postal services, we can try filing a claim to get the cost covered by them. In the rare event I'd need to refund, I still keep a percentage of the sale to make up for materials and time lost. This is the only occasion that I'd offer a refund. 

-CAN I SEND IN MY OWN CLOTHING FOR YOU TO CUSTOMIZE?
Totally, this will save you some cash. I will need to see photos of the garment before you send it over. I can't work with something that is too damaged or worn. I also ask that you clean the garment before sending it. You'll be responsible for shipping costs.


-DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes! You'll have the option to make payments at checkout. Typically, the service will need to clear your credit score in order for you to use this method (if you don't have any credit, it should still work)

-WILL YOU SHIP TO ANY COUNTRY?
Most countries. Shoot me an email before you purchase so that I can create a shipping profile for your country, if I don't already have one listed for it. Of course pricing will vary from place to place.
