-I cannot be held responsible for items that get damaged or lost in the mail.
-If you provide me with the wrong size/measurements for clothing, I cannot refund you or exchange the item.
-I can refuse service to anyone under any circumstances.
-Cancellations are not permitted after 48 hours from the original purchase.
-If your order was marked as "Delivered" by tracking, but you never received it- I cannot be held responsible. Should the package actually be missing, you will need to file a claim with the postal service.
-Large orders over $500 will have the option for a non-refundable down payment. This will require the client to sign a contract. 50% of the total will be put down, and must be sent before I begin the order. I will not ship the order until the second half of payment (shipping included) is sent to me. You will not receive a refund if you fail to send the second half of the order total.
-The larger the project, the more time I will need to work. If you need any product by a specific time, I recommend placing your order far in advance.
